Max Hussmann is a born leader, talented entrepreneur, experienced project leader, and skilled coach who founded Disruptive Minds to help people ascend to financial freedom. As a coach, Max aims to focus on both personal and business leadership development, specializing in niche audiences. He is currently writing a book about his life in Africa, his professional failures and successes, and new beginnings.
Max Hussmann boasts an extensive and diverse professional background encompassing C-Suite management, entrepreneurial ventures, and a wealth of international experience. With a proven track record in leadership and public appearances, Max has demonstrated adeptness in navigating high-pressure environments. Successful fundraising endeavors and adept event management, including television production, underscore his entrepreneurial acumen. Proficient in four languages, Max’s global perspective enhances his project management capabilities. Moreover, his financial expertise spans strategic planning, P&L management, cash-flow modeling, and merger and acquisition negotiations. Equally adept in sales and new business development, Max excels in research, strategy formulation, project management, and client acquisition and negotiation, making him a versatile and invaluable asset in any professional setting. Max has years of industry experience and many surprises under his belt. For example, he speaks four languages (German, English, French, and Spanish), is an FAA ATP Pilot, RYA Yacht Master, and more.
It’s safe to say that Max Hussmann has had a unique experience in life. He was born in West Africa and grew up across several continents. This enabled him to grow up experiencing multiple cultures first-hand. Between this and Max’s enthusiasm for world travel, he is known to friends as a “global citizen.”
Max Hussmann may have gotten an education from the world, but he also attended several universities to build his framework further. He attended the AWD College of Finance in Germany. Following this, he went to Business School in Sao Paulo. Currently, Max is attending the London School of Economics. His focus is International Relations, and he diligently works toward that degree.
Over the years, Max Hussmann has held countless positions. He chased his dreams and his passions across the globe. He worked with AWD Financial Services (2003-2007) for a time. Following this, he worked with TAM Aero Taxi as their Project Manager. Max helped build teams and train new employees during this time, among many other responsibilities. In 2010, Max signed on to work with Ackerman Trust as a pilot. He worked here for four years before launching his first significant project, Elegance Group Limited.
As a born entrepreneur, Max Hussmann has always been drawn to the idea of founding his own business. He proved he had what it took, handling multiple projects and attempts with pride. His first big success story is Elegance Group. The company once lived in Max’s garage but soon became global. It’s the sort of story aspiring entrepreneurs love to hear. Ultimately, Max had to make the tough decision to walk away from Elegance Group. He sold the company to a group of Investors.
In 2018, Max Hussmann agreed to Head a new business development called JetQuote FlyZUUM. In this role, Max was responsible for helping the company grow from the ground up. This led to his current position with Wealth Drive Gain Limited Nigeria. Here, Max works as a Europe Business Consultant.
